Sharni Vinson

born in NSW, Australia, Sharni Vinson grew up in Sydney's southern beach suburb of Cronulla. She was a competitor in her first National Level of Swimming as an teen and set four State records through her time in high school. Sharni was the youngest athlete in the immediate family of her, having started at an early age with acting, singing and dancing. Sharni's mother was a performer in the music theater while her grandmother, the country's youngest ballerina in 1945, was awarded an opportunity to study at the Borovansky Ballet Company. Sharni attended the Brent Street School of Performing Arts Sydney in the year she turned 12 years old. Over the next 10 decades, Sharni learned various forms of dance. When she was 17 after graduating high school, Sharni was signed by Roadshow Music Australia as a member of the all girl pop group "Foxfire IV" The group's debut single "Roses" reached the top 50 in Australia's ARIA charts.
